Morgan Bender - Founder & Executive Assistant
Based in West Vancouver, I founded Executive Support Solutions (ESS) to help realtors optimize their time and focus on what truly matters—building client relationships and maintaining a work-life balance. As a 4th-year business student at the University of Victoria, specializing in entrepreneurship, I saw a gap in the market for reliable, on-demand in-person support that goes beyond virtual assistance.
Realtors juggle countless responsibilities, from open houses and client follow-ups to possession paperwork and key exchanges. Hiring a full-time assistant can be costly, and virtual options often lack the trust and hands-on support needed in the industry. ESS fills this gap by providing flexible, professional assistance, allowing realtors to operate more efficiently and effectively.
Dylan Weys - CFO & Executive Assistant
Dylan is a 4th-year Bachelor of Commerce student at the University of Victoria, specializing in entrepreneurship and currently pursuing his CPA designation. He brings a strong foundation in finance and accounting, developed through co-op terms working on corporate tax returns and bookkeeping in public practice, and handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and compliance paperwork as an accounting administrator for a strata and property management company. From supporting firms during tax season to managing financial processes in real estate, Dylan has firsthand experience with high-pressure, deadline-driven environments. As CFO of ESS, he ensures that realtors receive reliable operational support backed by precision, professionalism, and a service-first mindset.
Allie Ayotte - CMO & Executive Assistant
Allie, a fourth-year Bachelor of Commerce student at the University of Victoria, combines creativity and organization with a background in accounting and a passion for visual storytelling. She specializes in photography, videography, and digital marketing to help realtors and businesses create standout content.
